Sales/Business Development Manager/Operations
Looking to get in at the ground floor of an Early Stage Startup?
We’re looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager/Operations to make a big impact in helping us grow our network of partner companies through direct outreach. This candidate will work alongside the founders to generate leads and carry through on execution over email, phone, and events.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Experimenting with growth initiatives to find new marketing channels to acquire companies
- Running daily email campaigns and A/B test different sales processes to achieve the highest conversion
- Generating lead lists from online and proprietary sources
- Making a high volume of outbound emails/calls to potential companies
- Responding to inbound inquiries from companies looking to hire for talent
- Evangelizing the brand to companies and partners
- Establishing best practices to grow our future Sales processes and potential team
